Clean architectural designs often require the highest level of craftmanship to ensure the lines and materials of various trades come together correctly.  This law firm build-out by D|Watts Construction personifies this; and the feature staircase by Emerald Ironworks is the centerpiece.  The structural components of the stair were installed months in advance relieving the schedule pressure often associated with feature stair work.  And the final fit and finish of painted stringer cladding, wood handrails and frameless glass (including curved glass at the upper-level corners) came together seamlessly.
